Core Technical Contributions
- Real-Time Fleet Tracking: Architected and deployed a highly requested "Truck Tracking" module. By synchronizing geolocation signals with an interactive map interface, I provided operators with live, granular visibility into their fleet. This feature fundamentally changed how dispatching decisions were made.
- API Performance Optimization: Conducted deep performance audits on the application's data layer. By restructuring API payloads, implementing smart caching, and minimizing expensive database queries, I drastically reduced response latencies. This ensured the app remained highly performant even in areas with poor cellular reception.
- UX Restructuring & Workflow Design: Spearheaded a targeted initiative to improve the user experience for non-technical franchise staff.
